David Day is the founder and director of AANND Pty Ltd, a bold social enterprise pioneering hemp-based innovation across agriculture, construction, and sustainable tech. From carbon-negative housing to portable hemp processing and sustainable tech, AANND is building circular, scalable, and farmer-first systems.

With a strong background in the building and construction industry and experience running previous businesses, David combines practical know-how with visionary thinking. In 2025, he won Best Emerging Idea at Flinders University’s Venture Dorm Pitch Night – a testament to AANND’s potential to disrupt and regenerate traditional industries.
